1.  The FCF member must be in good standing with the District FCF chapter.


 2.  The FCF member must have paid his yearly dues for the current and previous years.


 3.  The FCF member must have participated in 50% of the District FCF activities
     during both the current and previous years.


 4.  The FCF member must be actively involved in his local church and Royal Rangers
     outpost.


 5.  The Pathfinder mission must meet the following criteria:

     a.  The mission must be of the type that most other groups would not sponsor
         due to harsh conditions and remote locations that require campcraft skills.

     b.  The mission must be at least 5 days in length, not including travel time.

     c.  The mission must be approved by the local district office and the national
         Royal Rangers office.

     d.  The mission must be approved through the MAPS office and have a project number.


 6.  Upon completion of the mission, the individual will be awarded a special pin
     to be worn over the Trappers Brigade pin, and will have met the requirements
     for Trappers Brigade service points accumulated at 1 point for each hour of
     service rendered, excluding travel time.


 7.  Notes:

     a.  Pathfinder missions ae regulated by the MAPS office and therefore, some
         restrictions will apply.

     1)  No person under the age of 18 may leave the country unless accompanied
         by a parent or guardian.

     2)  All related requirements of the MAPS office will be fulfilled.

     3)  The mission may be a home missions project if it meets qualifications
         as stated above.

     b.  The administration of the Pathfinder program will be conducted by the FCF
         field advisor in whose portfolio is Trappers Brigade.
