1.  The FCF member must be in good standing with the District FCF chapter.


 2.  The FCF member must have paid his yearly dues for the current and previous years.


 3.  The FCF member must have participated in 50% of the District FCF activities
     during both the current and previous years.


 4.  The FCF member must be actively involved in his local church and Royal Rangers
     outpost.


 5.  There are 3 levels within the Trappers Brigade:

     a.  Company Trapper.  The FCF member must earn 20 points.

     b.  Bourgeois Trapper.  The FCF member must earn an additional 40 points for
         a cumulative total of 60 points.

     c.  Free Trapper.  The FCF member must earn an additional 60 points for a
         cumulative total of 120 points.


 6.  After attaining the rank of Free Trapper, each additional 30 points earned will
     qualify the FCF member to wear a numeral above his pin.


 7.  Notes:

     a.  The FCF Trappers Brigade Authorization Committee determines which projects
         qualify for Trappers Brigade points.

     b.  The FCF member need not have attained the rank of Buckskin or Wilderness
         to participate in the Trappers Brigade.

     c.  Points accumulate for volunteer service rendered to the church, community
         projects, special needs organizations, or humanitarian acts.

     d.  Service rendered in the local area will accumulate 1/2 point per hour.

     e.  Service rendered outside the local area will accumulate 1 point per hour,
         travel time excluded.

     f.  All points are cumulative across Trappers Brigade ranks.
